At long last the Rhubarb.  This is the bar that brought you Flounder... this was the one cool place to hang-out during the World Cup because nobody there cared.  And this is the bar with the most lively music and longest list of martinis in the fifth arrondisement. What separates it from its neighbors is the non-pretentious, friendly atmosphere. If you can't meet somebody here, then you're either trying to hard... or you're not trying.
